decorglamour.com Economy Decor Confirmed receipt of returned goods, is refusing to acknowledge, communicate or give refund! Brooklyn Nationwide
I Returned an item I purchased from decorglamour.com/Economy Decor in the mail got confirmation from USPS that the item was received by decorglamour.com/Economy Decor. They are irefusing to acknowlege, communicate, or give me a refund as promised!
I purchsed a water filter for my kitchen sink March 13, 2014 from decorglamour.com/Economy Decor a business that is internet based. Mark the owner/manager appears to be just a one-person "middle man" of "kitchen and bath products that he somehow locates or aquires". He is the only live person who answers the phone if and when he does answer during his business hours. I left many emails and voicemail messages, to resolve this issue and got no response. I had no other choice but to excalate with threatening emails and voice mail messages, and only then did he respond with an address and instructions for my return. Which I followed to the exactly.
I have the actual tracking informtion that decorglamour.com/EconomyDecor signed for and recieved my return. No refund has been given. I have tried many times again to contact via email and voicemail messages. It is now may 21st 2014 and I am still not getting any response.
I hope this report helps in getting decorglamour.com/Economy Decor to do the right thing. Either way consumers, professionals in design, building, remodeling, construction... Beware!

This report was filed on may 21, and according to our records, this item was not received until june 6; we refunded the customer's credit card immediately after receiving the item.
