decormyeyes.com eMalish Corporation repairs done by guy in small_lab_in_his_garage charged $21 returned 2of3 pairs we sent and NOTHING WAS DONE took over 6weeks SCAM Brooklyn, New York
On March 5th we mailed 3 pairs of Oakley sunglasses and paid decormyeyes.com $17.95 for 3 day air return s/h (we paid $18 at PO to mail to them). we contacted them March 24th because we had not received a quote. Karina said it would be about $150 and we will get an email. The next day we get invoice for $204.96. The invoice was paid and were told they shipped on March 30th and got credited back $15 for shipping. On April 5th we received via UPS GROUND only 2 of the 3 pairs sent. One pair they didn't do anything at all! The 2nd pair they replaced the Fire Iridium Lenses with cheap brown lenses, but didn't replace any rubber pieces. It still had 1 nose piece missing and the old one that was there already. We removed the lenses and noticed the groove the lense locks into was not even cleaned! We called Tony Russo and he said he would credit back $134.97 which left us paying $69.99 for cheap lenses. Tony said he had the 3rd pair of glasses in his hand. We said do not repair and mail them back to me immediately. Tony Russo also stated that the repairs were done by a guy in a small lab in his garage. That was April 5th and we finally got in mail today April 23rd. 35 business days! Over 6 weeks! All 3 pairs are discontinued and rare Oakley Titanium frames that sell (used even) for $500 or more if you can find them. So now we are out $91.04. The cheap lenses they sent we are returning to them and will dispute $72.94 with Visa but still lost $18 at post office for shipping. Complete false advertising. Never received a quote to approve just got an invoice with very little detail. Do not do business with decormyeyes.com! SCAM!
