Deepak Bajaj - CEO of Radix Technologies is a ripoff fraud that makes false promises. He was caught in many lies, and he never paid me. Irving, Texas
My relationshipo with Deepak Bajaj ges back about 1 1/2 years. He contacted me initially and wanted to contract and/or hire me to help build his national recruiting practice.
The timing was not good for me so we continued to stay in touch. he finally approached me and asked me if I could help him on a contigency basis with recruiting and I said yes.
I sent him a copy of my standard contract and he kept giving me excuses and delaying the signing. Because I have a good heart and I trusted Deepak at the time, we agreed that I could start the recruiting process and he would take care of me (hourly) for the many hours that I put in and he would also pay me on a contigency basis for each person that he hired.
He never paid me for over 100 hours of work and after I introduced him to a variety of salespeople for his position, he then went behind my back and tried to hire three of the candidates. Fortunately for the candidates and myself, neither one of them follow-up with Deepak on the opportunities, because they realized how unethical he was. Also, because of my loyalty to the candidates, they all told him that they would not pursue the opportunity until he took care of me. Of course from that point forward, the candidates never heard back from Deepak.
This man is unethical, and not trustworthy. If you happen to be looking to do business with this company and/or looking at an opportunity within his company, you need to take a real hard look at them and contact me if you have any questions. Furthermore, I have a variety of professional business contacts in the Dallas/Ft. Worth that can validate his unethical behavior.
