Back in April, I mailed an order to Deer Creek Products from their mail order catalog. In June, I had not heard anything so I called to check the status of my order. The line was continually busy and when i finally got through I was on hold for over a half an hour.When I finally got to talk to some one I was told that my order was on back order and would be shipped when the merchandise came in. No expected date given.
When I called in July, it was still on back order and I told them to cancel my order and refund my money. I was told it would take six weeks for a refund. Eight weeks later,I called to check on my refund and was told it was about to be mailed.
Well, here it is October and I have yet to receive my refund.On my last attempt to contact them, it took 15 minutes to get through I was on hold for a solid hour(I timed it).
After an hour of being on hold, the line just disconnected.
I am now forced to explore other avenues to try and retrieve my money.If any one else has had the same problem with this company, I'd like to hear from you.
