Delaware Solutions - Mr. Fester McNeil Aggressive, Forceful, Rude, Unprofessional, Harassing, Disrespectful, Threatened Me Unknown Delaware
I received a call from a man by the name of Fester McNiel who claims I owe money to CashNet from 2011 whereby I"supposedly" closed my bank account intenitonally so as not to pay my $300.00 loan from this payday loan company. All of which isn't true. I asked him to send me proof of this "loan" so that I can know it's legitimet but he claims they don't send paperwork until I agree to a payment. If I paid 600.00 up front, this will settle the claim. If I don't, I will be served with a lawsuit to appear in NCC Superior Court. Once I relized this wasn't offical, I advised them to send me the paperwork and I'll appear at Court and state my claim. So I didn't make a payment arrangement on Friday which he said was the very last straw - he calls me today, very rude and aggressive, as well, he called my job and left/gave personal information which he isn't suppose to do, stating that they have been on his back about the payment I was to make on Friday that didn't and I MUST do it today or it's a wrap. Again, I told him my attorney will deal with this and to serve me the papers. Like really, a company is going to bother about serving me papers for a debt of $300.00 - it will cost them more and what's the worth. I work in the law field and know this isn't likely but for whatever it's worth, serve me and I'll take my chances but surely not about to go and give my credit card information nor make payment w/o proof! We live lives today with struggle, difficulties and more! Did we really need scam artisit to try to make things even harder? Please help me. I am going to call my cell phone provider and have the number blocked so as not to receive anymore of their calls. This madness needs to stop. I work hard as a single mother trying my damndest to provide for me and my children. I don't have enough as is, surely I don't need some con artist trying to come steal/take more from me that's not theirs to take! Thank you. I really hope you can help!
