I'm very upset with the practice of Dell Financial services.  Several times I've gone to pay my bill BEFORE the due date and their system will not ALLOW me to make a payment until AFTER the due date!  Say what?  If you don't pay your bill early enough they then charge you 14.95 for an expedited payment so it won't be late.  




For instance...my due date is the 10th  If I tried to pay it on the 8th I would be refused that option.  Even if I call to make the payment I will be charged to pay my bill.  The due date is NOT the due date.  You have to guess at how far in advance you have to pay it because it changes!  





I don't know how they are getting away with this!  I thought the new laws were suppose to stop this kind of unfair tactics.  





If you are planning on buying a computer I would stay as far away from Dell Computers and their financial services as possible.  My interest rate has been raised and several times I've had to pay this stupid charge to pay my bill on time days before the due date that is stated on my bill because you don't know how far in advance of the due date you are suppose to pay it.  Shouldn't it be by the due date?
