Hello, my name is Bonnie. I purchased a desktop p/c from Dell. I have 2 crash. I have been a customer for close to 10 yr.  After repeated call about them not fixing the auto-pay amount and adding late fee's. i am very displeased with last purchase. Inspiron 11  3000 series. they charge twice the normal sale price, they are charging 29.9% interest, plus the late charge because they can't get their crap together. Now, after 10 yrs. they have me with almost $1500.00. now i'm stuck with this sorry Lap top. i will be calling them tomorrow. also my bank.
