This company had botched the last 4 orders I placed with them in the last 2 weeks. They have sent the entirely wrong items. I have emailed 34 times to customer service, only to get automated replies. Then 2 or 3 days later I will get an email that does not make any sense.
When I attempt to call this company, I am placed on hold for a l o n g time, only to get a rep that cannot speak english well enough for me to understand what they are saying. I even received damaged items that they will not replace. I have orders that misteriously get cancelled, and no one knows why? I have other peoples orders showing up in my order listing on the web site.
