I have been flying with different Airlines all my life and I have never been so disappointed as I have with Delta Airlines Inc. We went to Hilton Head for a peaceful vacation to celebrate my daughters Birth Day and on the way back Delta lost my daughter's bag with all her Birth Day presents and turned the whole experience into a nightmare. The next day she had to go to the camp struggling to find what to wear.

When I explained that I was missing a bag, their reps did not even register my information, because when I called the next day they said it was only posted after I spoke with someone on the 3rd time!

Each time I called them I waited on hold for a very long time and when I would finally get a rep on the phone I did not get any information or sympathy for my troubles. I do not have time to waste on buying a whole new wardrobe, nor do I have time to waste on waiting for Delta airline to get enough people to work for them! I do not feel that they are doing all they can to find our luggage. I will never fly with Delta again and I will make sure that everyone that I know will do the same.

If all that were lost were birthday presents allegedly, what does any of that have to do with clothing? Was she naked when you went on vacation and the only presents she got was clothing? What did she do for clothes before this birthday? Why would you allegedly have to buy a whole new wardrobe? This is why you aren't taken remotely seriously.
