Demics.com extremely unprofessional Cromwell, Connecticut
I contacted Demics.com via email to inform them that there was a problem with my order request, not all the items arrived that were requested. A representative of their company contacted me via email and stated: "Hmm something is going on with the package, I'll include tracking below and call UPS right now."
This led me to beieve that they would take care of my problem in a professional manner, preferably by sending me the ordered item or if it was unavailable at this time ask if I want to wait for the item or receive a refund.
None of this happend. A month after my request I sent another email. It is a month later and I have not received any additional communication from this company.
They not only did not correct the situation they also sent an item I did not order in the place of an item that I did order. The item they sent cost less and was not even close in appearance to what I did order.
They don't seem to care about their customers. I happened across this web site and a complaint by another customer after my transaction and was unable to heed their warning. I am submintting this in the hopes of preventing someone else from making the mistake of believing that they are a trustworty and responsible company. They are not, in my case.
I did receive four of the six items I ordered correctly, so they did not totally fail in their mission of making the customer happy. The most expensive items i ordered, however, did not show up.
Buyers be extremely wary before doing business with them. They don't seem to care that much.
