DenMark Construction failure to honor contract terms dishonest false promises poor communication disrespectful Youngsville North Carolina
I purchased a new home from DenMark Construction on February 23, 2001. I have had numerous problems with my home, some minor, some major, and some that have become serious health concerns. It is now nearly two years since I have purchased the house, and DenMark Construction has failed to follow-through with repairs covered under the one-year warranty on my home.
Perhaps the most serious problem I am facing right now is a defective septic tank and poor grading/landscaping. The septic tank constantly backs up and runs down a gradient from my backyard and through the yards of four neighbors. DenMark refuses to take responsibility for any problems associated with my house and property. I feel as though I have been lied to and deceived on many occasions. In my opinion, they were simply after my money, and now that they have it that is the end of their dealings with me.
