Dennis Curtin Remax Dennis Curtin Regional Owner of Remax and Louis Springer committed Fraudulent Conveyance against me stealing my interest in a marital property in Kansas City called Falcon Falls Apartments Kansas City Missouri
Dennis Curtin is the Regional Owner of Remax. He and Louis Springer committed fraudulent conveyance against me by transferring a marital property into Dennis Curtin's name to hide it from me during divorce proceedings. After the divorce Dennis Curtin paid Louis Springer all of the equity owned by the Springer's to Louis Springer only thus cutting me out of my interest. This real estate mogul works with people to hide real estate so that other interested parties and creditors can get the asset. Mr Curtin used his realtor Tiffany Saunders to sell the property under a confidentiality agreement and a judgement was ordered against her for $100,000. Deanna Neuner a admin for Dennis Curtin helps Mr. Curtin hide the transactions and plays dumb when questioned. If you are going through a divorce or have real estate that is joint owned and need to sell it don't use these guys they conspire to steal from the unsuspecting party. The website Remaxbehindthecurtin.com shows court records and other documents used to steal the asset. Dennis Curtin not only uses his realtors to steal from people he uses his position in the real estate community to hide the fraud. I reported these persons to the Missouri Real Estate Commission they conducted a poor investigation and retires after the poor investigation was concluded. If you are going through a divorce or have any real estate to sell don't use these guys they will rip you off.
