Dennis P. McCann Stalker, Harasser, Libel, Identity Theif, Fraud Internet
Dennis P. McCann is a cyber-stalker who has been targeting me for the past 13 years. He poses as an artists and attempts to sell paintings which based on the testimony of another party, is not legitimate. In other words, this man supposedly uses graphic art software to create his paintings rather than doing them free hand. Anyone buying these fake paintings are not only getting ripped-off but they are supporting someone who enjoys stalking and harassing someone with a disability. I have PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and Dennis P. McCann takes great pleasure in watching me suffer. He takes NO responsibility for his illegal actions either. He created a libelous website about me which also contains highly personal information such as my SSN (Social Security Number) and home address. I have since changed my SSN and go by a different last name but the fact that the information is out there still makes me a target for identity theft. Furthermore, he claims that I'M the stalker when it's the complete opposite. This is NOT someone you should EVER do business with because if you do, you just might end up being his next target for abuse. Once he has you in his sights, he will stop at NOTHING to make you suffer.
I made the mistake of joining a Yahoo Group he once was the owner of and after he lost those groups because of threats he made against my life which I reported to Yahoo, the libelous website went up in retaliation. He uses it as a weapon against me and if you cross him, you could be next to suffer this same fate. The absolute worse thing Dennis did was obtain outdated court documents from my jurisdiction through deceptive means just so he could publish them on the libelous website and make me look like a criminal. His actions have severely damaged my reputation. The documents were for offenses I was NEVER actually guilty of but ended up on probation for due to insufficient legal representation. However, the previous charges were later dismissed after Dennis perjured himself to the courts by claiming I was stalking him just so I would be nailed on a technical probation violation. The original offenses didn't even have anything to do with HIM but he saw fit to use it all against me anyway for cheap thrills. Bottom line, if he can do this to ME, he can do it to someone else who dares to cross him. God forbid if you ever got accused of anything in your past! Dennis will make certain you pay for it the rest of your life regardless if you were ever guilty or not! I'm a law abiding citizen who once was a PRIVATE citizen and because of Dennis P. McCann's actions towards me, I no longer have the luxury of my privacy or a normal life anymore. I'm a public spectacle now because of 1 man and his twisted vendetta. So, buyer beware and keep a safe distance from this cyber criminal! I don't want to see this happen to anybody else.

As I stated in my previous rebuttal, I was certain Dennis would return to dirty up this report with more libel and he proved me right. If he should return after this rebuttal, he will only dig his hole deeper. To everyone reading, I didn't write this report to seek revenge or for personal gratification. I did it for myself and for the people. What I hope to gain from this is simple. First and most importantly, I feel I have a duty to warn others about this man in hopes NOBODY else is forced to endure all that I have. Secondly, I want to give a voice not only to myself as a victim but to other past, present, and potentially future victims of Dennis's. This is about JUSTICE, not malice! My life has been negatively effected by Dennis's actions and if I didn't warn others, more victims could be claimed by this man. Everything I stated in my original report is the God's honest TRUTH! If I was to come here and lie, that would defeat the entire purpose of this and my case would be severely diminished. That is why I'm only presenting FACTS here which I feel the people have a right to know. It's up to YOU the people to decide what you want to believe though. If you make a mistake by trusting in someone like Dennis, at least I can't be held responsible because I did warn you. Something important I would like to note is the fact that HE followed ME here and NOT the other way around. This proves I'm getting stalked by Dennis and further shows why others shouldn't have any dealings with this man professionally or personally. Don't let what happened to ME happen to YOU!

Now everyone, you can see what I have been up against for the past 13 years. I am NOT the stalker but I have been wrongly accused by Dennis. He hunts me down no matter where I go and leaves me no room to breathe or recover from my past trauma. All he can do is spout of lie after lie to anyone who will listen. If you do business with him or have any personal dealings with him and for whatever reason something you do pisses him off, he WILL come after you! I'm fairly certain he will dirty this report with more of his libel so stay tuned.

This person, Noel A B****, has harassed countless people on and off the internet. At one point or another, she always refers to her victims as the actual stalkers, and that's what she's doing here. So, let it be known that the website she reported is not a business - I am an international artist and the website is nothing more than an online gallery, and that this person has built literally hundreds of websites defaming me, sent me countless unwanted pornographic newsletters, countless pornographic eCards, death threats, and all sorts of other illegal and or disgusting transmissions through the internet.
