Why, oh why do people in your position have children? You have no way to support or protect them. You sure aren't doing the kids any favors. There should be some way that this is criminal. It's just horrible and unacceptable.

There are way too many issues to cover here, but from working in the field I can tell you the cop took your children away from you because I can tell by what occured anyone with a brain could have figured out you were not protecting your children, which is why they took them away on a "failure to protect" order. You need major parenting classes, You need to go back to school, See if your lawyer or the judge on your case can get CASA on the case so that someone is out there for the best interest or your children and that they also have their own gardiem at litem. Just because your children were taken away does not mean it is a ripoff, it means that someone out there believes that you and your family could use some help. That is not a "bad" thing. It means instead of doing it on your own, you have a chance to parent BETTER. I hope you take that chance and actually use it so that your children and you have a better chance at the mother/child bond. Many parents never get that chance. Think about it. There is no "Perfect Parent" , we all need help. Many people never get the opportunity to make it better. YOU have been given a beautiful opportunity. Are you going to turn it down?
