Department of law and investigation Officer David Marshall and Jeff Hardy I had several payday loans. I never wrote a check for any of them . These people clain I committed bank fraud because I put a stop payment on them. I filed Chapter 13 and included all these. They are Internet
This is the third telephone call related to the incident. I have given information to my attorney. The payday loans I received never had any checks involved. There were ACH draft. I put a stop payment on them because I had to file bankruptcy and these were included in bankruptcy. Officer David Marshall and Jeff Hardy claim they are from the Department of Law and Investigation. I was given a case file number and was told that I had committed bank fraud. I hardly think that putting stop payment on a ACH draft is bank fraud. Mr Hardy claims that they had verification from my bank of this fraud.I will be checking with my bank today. Can people find anything better to do than try to ruin people's lives. Somthing needs to be done about people like this
