This is a scam. They have been running this scam for quite a few months.
You need to close out your checking account and get a new one.
They're not going to sue you and nobody is going to arrest you or put you in jail for a debt collection.
The next time they call you, get nasty and tell them NEVER to call you again. Tell them that you are expecting their paperwork and your attorney will be in contact. Trust me, they'll never bother you again. They'll move on to the next potential victim.
DON'T GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION. If they ask for your address tell them that if they are having you arrested, they should already have your address.
