When my Mercedes Benz Arrived the tow company ask me to look over the vehicle. I realized that my driver door side mirrow was broken. I took all the neccesary steps DAS indivated in there documentation to get the claim to them. I took car of the report in a timely manner. I email and talked to the Adjuster and she assured that I would recieve the check within 30 days. Needless to say its been 60 days no check they are returning my emails or phone calls. After $1,000 worth of damage I guess its not in there budget. I would advice anyone to avoid this company at all cost.
