Derick M Coles - Elizabeth Coles - Andrew Coles - Jason Coles - Rebecca Coles - New Horizons Group con man/scam artist,has stolen our fund from our business escrow account Sarasota Florida
Yes Derick Coles is a con man who steals working class peoples hard earned savings, all his family are involved as they all know what is going on and spend the money he steals from people.
In December 2007 and February 2008 put $340,000 into an Escrow account for our business in Florida and was told we needed to do this before we could move with the US embassey in London. He told us that he did not pay interest on the money, but we told him that if he did not pay us interest we would find another agent, he then told us he would give us 3% which he paid until August 2008.
We had a few small amounts of cash back from the Escrow account, but then at the beginning of October came up against our first problem with Derick Coles when it took us more than a month to get money out of our own Escrows account to pay contractors who were building out on our business.
This con man was in Europe supposedly drumming up business, but was he getting rid of some of his assets in Swiss banks?
It took us more than a month to get some of the money in our account out and then we got it in a check that bounced for 10 days until he had enough funds in it for clearance.
This man has 5 million dollar homes in the Sarasota area and also his sons and daughter have homes and land here. He has a garage full of classic cars two of which were purchased less than three months ago, a Bentley and Ferrari.
Everything he tells you is a lie we phoned one of his homes and spoke to Elizabeth Coles who makes out she knows nothing of what is going on, oh she does and also his sons know what is going on also, as their Father has taught them well as they are both Con Merchants too and live in Atlanta out of the way as they owe so much money in the Sarasota area they have had to flee.
This low life needs stopping and my family will not stop persuing this family until they are all behind bars where they belong and we need everyone to rally together and get a CLASS ACTION COURT CASE.
How does this low life and his family sleep at night!

I also invested heavily and lost everything. I am thoroughly outraged at Derick and New Horizons. However, to include his family in this is wrong and immoral. When you make such drastic mistatements, you may find yourself involved in libel. Your statements are untrue and illegal. Focus on the truth, and leave his family alone. They too are victims of his wrongdoing.
