I ordered the free trial of Derma Genetic, which advertised only having to pay shipping of $4,95. I checked my credit card and was billed for three items totaling $13.91. I looked for contact info online and found an 888 number for customer servive, and left a voicemail message canceling the order. I received the package anyway, called the 877 number enclosed and advised Daniella that I did not want any automatic refills and was told that after the 14 day trial period I could either pay the full price of the product ($44.18) or return the unused portion, paying shipping and a $12.75 inspection fee. So this stupid mistake is going to cost me either $58.09 or $26.66 (plus return shipping). When I complained to Daniella that this was deceptive advertising and they were taking advantage of senior citizens, she hung up on me.
