DermaBright I ordered a free a free trail,was charged for shipping, then my credit card was charged $88.28 they said they will only credit half of it Santa Ana, Calif Calif.
I went online after I saw Oprah Winfrey in the news. On the same page I noticed a offer for a free trail on skin care. I ordered the free trail which I received and was charged $3.95 for one and 4.95 for the other. I have sensitiave skin and it did not work for me. My skin was very itchie. This morning I go on line to see my credit card bill and I had 2 charges, one for $89.73 which when i called Lavish Skin after I threatened to go to the Attorney General they gave me a credit of $79.78(we will see if I get it .) She then told me Derma Bright was a differnet company and gave me a number to call, which was for a "New Derma", 1-877-817-5015., Not a part of that company. Long story short I got Derma Brights number and called them,by the way they are a sister company, they will only give me half of a credit back $44.14. which again I will have to wait and see. They had no problem charging me $88.28 for a free trail offer. I am 72 years old and I never thought I would get scammed like this. If you can do anything about this I would appreciate it. At the very least let other people know.

Or just admit that YOU DID NOT READ!!! When YOU entered in YOUR payment info, YOU clicked an "I agree" tab. When YOU did that, YOU entered into a TRIAL MEMBERSHIP!!! The terms and conditions of said sale WERE NOT read by YOU!!! 72 years old and NOT bright enough to READ??? NOT a ripoff unless YOU wish to put YOUR NAME on the same report against THEM!! THEY are ONLY doing what YOU told them they could do!!! Even at YOUR age, YOU play the same game EVERYONE ELSE plays. Instead of admitting that YOU screwed up, its ALWAYS someone elses fault!!! Get over it because YOU DID THIS TO YOURSELF!!!!! THEY have only done what YOU said they can do!! Perhaps in the future YOU WILL READ WHAT YOU ARE AGREEING TO!!!!!
