I count at least THREE studs broken off, That proves the wheels were NEVER removed and checked.I think you have a very good lawsuit against this dealer for NEGLIGENCE, those wheels were NEVER removed and checked.

You purchased a 5 year old USED vehicle. [NOT "vechle"]. You also purchased the "Platinum Care Package" which could have been used at any licensed repair facility. So why would you keep going back to the same dealer that screwed you??
I'll tell you why. You were too cheap to pay the deductible for the extended warranty authorized repairs. You wanted everything for free from the dealer. They promptly told you it wasn't going to happen. No vehicle warranty covers batteries, except for when you buy a brand new vehicle, most dealerships will warranty the battery for like 30 days directly, after that you have to do the pro-rated mfg warranty.
Now for your "breaks". Your car has BRAKES, not BREAKS. It appears that most of your problem is just lack of common sense mixed with some illiteracy. If you would have done a thorough test drive BEFORE buying the vehicle, you would have found these problems.
No rip off here. Just stupidity.

You never mentioned if you test-drove the vehicle before purchase.
Of course the shaking was directly related to the tires. You continued to go to the same dealer that continued to give you unsatisfactory results. Yes, the dealer lied and cheated you; but you compounded the problem by exercising negligence when you loaded up your family and drove 2-thousand miles across country with what was obviously a serious tire related problem. As the problem continued to get worse, you kept driving without concern for the safety of other motorists.

Good luck to you.
