You are very very wrong saying things like that about the owner. He is a great man and deserves much respect. You bought the mangoes on your own will and if you say that the mangoes are bad then they were probably bad in the outside also. why did you buy them if they were bad on the outside. I am sure that you left them outside or in your car and just wanted a refund. And also there is a big sign that says "no refunds or exchanges on produce" so they have the right not to take it back!

Desi Bazaar is not responsible for Produce of any kind...It says so in large print on the wall. If you had not seen this sign, then it is your fault for not reading it. I was there and serve as a witness, you brought the mangos 3 days late and probably left them in your car in the heat. I dont know what you are saying about the owner because I am a regular customer and know that he has the best customer service in town.

How disgraceful! I suggest you let the owner know that you will report them to the better business bureau, a news reporter, a consumer protection agency and FDA or some local/ federal agency. How dare they treat you like you are not a customer of respect. Tell them you are extremely disappointed in their conduct and that this incident is deplorable and disgraceful to THEM! It is not just about customer service. If you had digested those mangoes, you would have ended up in the hospital and could have SUED THEM! You should forewarn the owner of these things. I don't care if he is the poorest owner in town, he has no right to steal your money like that. I have no pity for people like that. Those people only bring bad karma to themselves. There's a saying: Bread cast on the waters comes back to you. The hardest thing to learn in life is which bridge to cross and which to burn.
