Ric Fleming came into our business, presented his business card and his contract to do oue web site for us. After reviewing his info with my boss we decided to call him back. He came to our establishment, once again being very professional. He was a smooth talker and very well dressed.
On October 17, 2007 we sat down with Mr. Fleming and went over all the details of the agreement. We went over the contract and all the things he would be doing to the website. We signed the contract and payed him in advance. All seemed fine and dandy. He seemed legit.
The emails to Mr. Fleming started on October 30. We were checking up on the website. At first, he was answering the emails. Stating that the website was coming along very well and that it would be ready by that Friday. Then, a couple weeks later we emailed again. And again Mr. Fleming stated that it was coming along great should be up and running Friday.
On November 21, we sent out another email. This time there was no response. After several attempts to contact Mr. Fleming we decided to contact the company. December 19 we tried to email the company. The email came back saying it could not be delivered and that this was a permanent error.
After furthur research, we came across this site and realized just who this person is. He is a professional con artist. And we want to warn everyone to not do business with this man. He takes your money, promises you exellent service. But the truth is you get no service what so ever. He has done this to so many people and theres no telling how many more he will do this to. He knows what hes doing. Thats why he charges you just under $500.00. He knows anything under $500 goes to small claims court. This man needs to be stopped. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH RIC FLEMING!!!!!
