Devumi Devumi Social Media Marketing Scam, rip off, misleading, fraud, buyer beware Internet
I used to faithfully use Devumi for years. I used them to boost my social media presence. They had supplied me with followers during this time I reached near 180k on twitter. Over the course of using this services, I would lose 20k or 30k hours and they would constantly have to replace them. Until one day where I went fron 180k followers to 30k and I was embarrassed. I contacted devumi to replace them anf they said they would but weeks went by and they didn't. I then deleted my account for two weeks. During this time they were still charging my account. I reactivated my account and followed up as i had not heard from them. Then they told me it had been a year since I purchasedon't the followers so they could replenish, mind you it hadn't been a year when I originally sent the email. It was a year since they decided to respond. They told me I would have to spend over 1k to replenish them. Don't use this service, it's a rip off. The customer service is a nightmare and it's just not worth the stress.
