There was no candle where it should have been so we dug thru the rest til we reached the bottom. Still nothing! I was a little upset but not mad at this point because I totally understand that in any business things like this will happen. I am furious though over the way I was treated with customer service! I emailed right away and sent several pictures only to be yanked around for nearly 2 weeks back and forth with someone named Dylan who did absolutely nothing to help me! Now it's been a week and they've quit responding to me altogether. all I wanted was a replacement candle sent to my sister and I got absolutely nowhere. BUYER BEWARE! i do have to say when the product was ok everything is great, but if you happen to have a problem good luck with their pitiful customer service!
