Diamond Enterprises USA Inc Peak Management Group LLc The hous is in forecloser, collecting rent and are not fixing anything, the roof is leeking, the heat is not working, the windows are broken, and screwed in. Water faucets are leeking, there is mold g Madera Beach , Florida
We renting a house from Charlene Diefel and Keith Schwabinger, for $ 1,200.00 per month. What we did not know was that the house was in forclosure and after one month the bank send someone out to change the locks, so then we found out that the house is in foreclosure, we called Charlene and , her only responds to us was " I will take care of it." When we moved in we noticed that there was several things to be fixed and we told Charlene and she sad that she will send someone over to look at. Howerver i was several month down the road we ask her to come to the house, so we could show her what the problems are, her responds was always " I am Busy or i am out off town"and so on. After several month down the road we ask her again and she still did not respond to us. We send her pictures from the roof leeks and also some other major problems. Her responds on that was " I will send somone out to give me a quote to fix it". Two Handy man came by and looked at the problems and sad they will get with her about the cost and the fixing of the problems. We never heard from them again. Several month later we still had no responds about everything. So finely the City codeinforcment showed up and send them a letter to fix the problems. All of the sudden Charlene showed up and ask us the see the problems. She told us that she knew about most of the problems but they did not have thew money to fix the problems. Here are some of the problems that we are dealing with from day one: The heat is not working, the insulation on the roof is none existing, so our power bill is every month up to $450.00, 90 % of the windows can not be opend because there are screwd shut, In the master bathroom the shower is leeking and the water goes in the walls and now there is Mold growing in the entire bathroom and the window in the bathroom can not be closed. So when it was cold the last few month, it was like a ice box in there. You can smell the mold in the wole entire house. SO we are still waiting for her to fix the problems but still no responds from here about this matter, however she still would like to collect the rent.
