Promised me that if I came to their detox they would get me insurance so I could go to treatment! I paid the detox, then they told me to pay one week of treatment and they would get me insurance I did, then they sold me to another treatment facility! I then owed an outstanding bill of 78k dollars I am screwed now I filed bankruptcy what a scam and insurance fraud diamond recovery services stay far away

I apologize that you feel the need to spread a lie such as this in a desperate attempt to somhow damage this company's reputation.
First... You were NEVER a client at our facility, which makes your entire complaint a complete lie.
Second... Diamond Recovery Services never promises to get anybody insurance, nor have we ever purchased or promised to purchase an insurance policy for anybody. Ever.
Third... We NEVER send a client a bill after treatment. We agree to accept the agreed upon payment (cash and/or insurance), and always agree to accept an insurance reimbursement as complete payment for services rendered.
Fourth... We have never SOLD a client to anybody (sounds like you are referring to a call center, which we are not)
Then again, maybe this isn't your real name and you are an unhappy past client of ours. Maybe you are a past client who was discharged for breaking rules, drugs, fighting, stealing, etc... Who knows?
Truth is, clients are discharged for only a few reasons.. 1) they complete treatment. 2) they need a level of care we do not provide (i.e. severe mental health) 3) are caught breaking rules that we cannot ignore or work with (i.e. using drugs in our care, fighting, agressive behavior, stealing etc...) 4) they leave against our advice or AMA.
Maybe, you are just upset that things didnt work out the way you planned and this is how you deal with it. If that's the case, I understand.
However, if you can show proof that your allegations are accurate (a bill sent by us to you, a payment agreement, residential treatment agreement, etc...) I'd be willing to help accomodate you.
However, if you can't, then there really isn't anything else to say.
