DIBON SOLUTIONS BAD EMPLOYERS- DOESNT PAY SALARIES OF EMPLOYEES AND DOESNT EVEN GET PROJECTS FOR BENCH CONSULTANTS CARROLTON Texas
I have not been paid for my 1 month salary since I was working for a client who stopped working with Dibon after having 3 months of relationship with them. They clearly told me that if I wish to get paid for next month also then I will have to find a project myself. I came to Dallas for there project with my wife and 10months old daughter and they made me live in there pathetic guest house which is so Dirty and Unhygienic that after staying there for 2 days my daughter got sick and I had to send my family back to India by borrowing some money from friends. When I went to VIVEK SHARMA asking for some help then he clearly told me that we cant help you since your health benefits are still not active despite of the fact that I was promised Health Benefits from Day One of my joining Dibon. I have suffered a lot since after two months of my relation with Dibon I was not paid and after doing so many follow ups with HR they didnt did my H1 and kept telling me stories that it will come in three weeks in five weeks but it never came.
I have finally changed my employer but I cant forget the bad experience since it will take me another 3-4 months now to take my family back to US.
