I saw a commercial on tv stating that this diet pill was "free" and that you only pay 6.50 for shipping and handling so I ordered it. Next thing I know I was charged 55.60 on my card.

I called them up and no answer. I send them an email at their customer service number and they explained that they charged 6.50 for every bottle. And that it was on it's way.

This was back in May. On August I called them up to cancel my subscription to the pill because it had taken too long and I had bought another from a different company (which they shipped out and I had received it within a week).

They told me that package was on the mail and they couldn't return my money back. I waited until the last of September and called them up again. This time they told me that I should have had the package by now because they had mailed it out for 2 month before this call.

They also told me that they would have to trace the package to see where it had gone. In the meanwhile what happens with the money that I paid them? Todays date is October 26, 2001.

I done some research on packages with UPS and I have been told that every package delivered has a tracking number and address where it was dropped off recorded.
