Complaint Review: Digital Emergency - New Port Richey Florida

Hi everyone: This is a very good example of the possibilities that a web site like this offers. 1)I'm Virginia Ramunda and I don't even know this "Steven" and since I keep all the documentation of my clients for follow-up reason, I can positivelly say that I had not a Steven as a client. 2)This situation NEVER took place ANYWARE. Besides, this is not a "TO THE POINT" type of report. This is something VERY PERSONAL. So I really think that this was a "close friend" who got upset for some reason and and didn't have the nerve (or moral values) to come and talk straight to me. He is trying to hurt me, my husband, my familly and my little bussiness in one o many ways. I hope everybody can see this... SO, I DIDN'T WANT TO "RESPOND" TO THIS. But since after I explain the situation to the editor of this web-site and he will not see the PERSONAL- MALICE on this report, I've decided to make a rebuttal for the sake of my name. 3)I NEVER ask for money to do ANYTHING ANYWERE. If a part is needed, I inform so to my client. He o she can buy it by themselves at any BestBuy or CompuUSA, etc. In this way, I don't have to keep extra paperwork for the piece's warranty. If they insist, then I would buy the part and present them with the receipt to my client. AND I include this on the same receipt I give them. 4)I never get PRE-PAID!!!! AFTER the job is done and I present the client with the receipt, then the client would hand me a check or many times, even MAIL the check to me. Again, you should have done some research... 5)I have a PO BOX for bussiness reasons since I don't own an office. The only clients who know where I live are the c0-resident of this complex. And you even put my HOME address in your report, showing how PERSONAL you can get. Besides the point, If my clients feel better by me going to their place and doing my job over there, you are nobody to JUDGE their preferences! Many people now a days don't want to unplug their computers, take them to a repair shop, take them back when they are ready and plug them back. So WHO YOU THINK YOU ARE to judge other's preferences!!! 6)If you are so unconfortable with the idea of a technician working on your place... why did you call me on the first place??? You see how you contradict yourself? 7)"Vicky" is a family name that I only give to friends or very close clients. So, you were NOT a first time client. 8)You said that my english was so bad that you could barelly understand "this people" and you gave them $100 dollars??? Give me a break... 4)Certainly you DO have a receipt of this, right? Oh.. no let me guess... WE DID NOT GIVE YOU A RECEIPT... What a coincidence!!! 5)I work alone. With time, they tried to scam us in every way possible, offering us to buy land, to buy a mobilehome, to rent some of their MANY appartments, to work for one of them as painters (This person still owes my husband Guido a week's salary) and many other things too. They also robbed some of our money we naively gave them to take to Argentina to our families there (to avoid Western Union fees...) Then, we came to know that this people is on the drugs bussiness. We, then, decided to part from this "mafia" family and they were very unconfortable with the idea and promise us REVENGE. So, "Steven" I will not give your real name out, but believe me, now that I'm a legal resident of the USA, if you ever do another DIRTY thing like this, I WILL GO TO THE POLICE and tell them ALL I KNOW. And JUSTICE WILL BE SERVED.
