digital river mcafee-online store digital river Paid for online computer protection. Could not download it because I was no eligible. Took my money anyway. Asked for refund. Never got one. Not known Not known
I attempted to purchase mcafee online computer protection through digital river. I submitted my online payment in advance for the amount of $44.99. After I paid, I attempted several times to download the package. It would not. I tried several browers, and several times. Apparently because I was an existing customer eligible for renewal, this $44.99 offer was invalid. They took my money anyway but would not allow me to download the service.
After many attempts I followed their instructions and filed the appropriate document for a refund. I never got one.
