Digital-River Digital River Ireland Fraud - Credit Card fraud, unauthorized charges they have a long history of this check google. Who knows, Minnasota perhaps Internet
5 charges appeared with in 3 minutes of each other for 100.00 each. I never bought a single item from any online company they process transactions for. I suspect someone used a skimmer at an ATM I used and then has an epayment system with this company. They need to do a better job filtering out scammers and not let people put in card numbers manually any more. The card I used had a chip on it. If they allowed someone to manually enter the card number for a chip enabled card, they violate best practices for card security and invite and support CC fraud. Calls to their office have been unanswered.
