Digital Delivered Advertised BRAND NEW OlympusC740 got USED, sent back camera they have done NOTHING to rectify situation Ripoff Brooklyn New York
I bought a Olympus C740, which was advertised NEW. When I opened the box it was cracked 1/2 way around the lense, 2 dents on the front right and the memory card had someone elses pictures on it. I was advised to send back the camera for replacement. I have gotten no replacement. Now they have my money and the used piece of crap they tried to pull off as 'new'. They do not have a actual 'factory' as I have read on someone elses 'warning' about this company. They have several other companies w/ the same phone number and address. They have not returned my e-mails or phone calls. No attempt has been made to rectify this situation.
