In response Mr. Brain's compaint, this package was shipped Via UPS and was lost on there part. UPS has fianaly issued a claim number to us. I am sorry to hear that them matter hasn't been resolved, and if you do not hear from Stella or John in the next few days please contact me directly. We try to make sure that all packages that are lost or can not be found by the carrier get replaced as soon as possible however at times the carrier will come up with the product after a tracer is placed. As far as the tracer being placed with UPS it was placed and had to be redone by UPS. Digital Etailer tries to accomadate all situations and keep all our customers happy.
