Update..I called the store and requested a refund for the scam warrantee they sold me. They refused to refund my money.I have no paperwork or registration # to reg.The BBB and NJ Div. of Consumer Affairs have both been contacted.I also filed a complaint against the Parent co. of Butterflyphoto, DigitalEtailer, DOD. The parent Co.of this Band of Clowns pretending to be "Businessmen" is ACCOONA inc. I would be Very careful doing business with Any business under this corporate umbrella. I belive a good soaking would be the end result. Vincent

I contacted Digitaletailer today 1/25/08..and requested a refund for 179.99 for the warrantee I paid for on 12/15/07 but have not recieved any Valid reg #s or contract containing them, which could be used to Reg. the warrantee with Repairtech, the service company. Digitaletailer was Very Rude and refused to refund the money to my CC. I have taken further steps with the legal process and will fight these scam artists with every tool available to me. I hope all who read this report will let ALL they deal with know about this company..so as to save them the experiences we have shared with this site. Vincent
