I had purchased from this company in the past and had a good experience. This time I purchased 2 cameras and (upon their insistence) 2 extended warrantees. I recieved the cameras (thank goodness) but not the warrantees. It has been over 3 months. They do not answer the phone or return any messages I leave. I have sent numerous emails to customer support. Most were not answered - but they did answer one email telling me to contact [email protected] (suppossedly the suppervisor for one of their affiliates) Numerous emails were sent - no response (not really suprised) So it appears I am out the money for the warrantees.
