Due to numerous bait-and-switch actions and other false information I am trying to receive refunds for a cancelled order. I am awaiting the refund, and while told I would see the refund in my account in 24 hours, I have now had a credut card authorization requested for a duplicate charge. I spoke to Phillip Garin from the Brooklyn office of the New York State Attorney General (718-722-3949)and described the problem to him, including naming the 6 or 7 other websites operated by the same company (which is located in Brooklyn - 1344 44th St, Ste. 205, Brooklyn 11224. He said it would be wothwile to file a report, send it to the Brooklyn office. It then would likley be forwared to a multi-jurisdictionla AG group that deals specifically with internet issues. The Brooklyn AG website is: http://www.oag.state.ny.us/tour/brooklyn.html The complaint form URL is: http://www.oag.state.ny.us/complaints/pdfs/cns001web_consumer.pdf
