this started the end of march when i wanted to upgrade my tv system..i saw this ad threw email about low monthly payments for a plasma tv system.it looked great and i applied.they said i was approved.they needed a pay stub, voided check, and me to pay down 350.00 so i did everything they asked.it took about anoother week and that they gave me a delivery date of may6th 2005. so i waited for may 6th to come..on may 5th i got a call from neil saying that they are having a problem getting my system.he informed me if i waited till may 25th that they would reduce the price by 50%. sounded good so i ageed to wait.they ent me another contract to see and i sent it back.on may 19th i called and taked to eulan and he said everything is ok and delivery on 25th no problem..on may 25th i didn';t again recive my system.i called and talked to eulan again and he said the manufactor didn't send.so he suggested i pick adifferent system.again i ageed to a 3rd time for deliver..on june 14th and again it dosn't arrive here.i have been trying to reach company and get the run around..i think they a fraud and commiting internet and mail fraud..what do you think????????

Where is Mr. Mason now? He made us quite a few false delivery dates.

I am glad that Charles Mason III dealt with a customer, but where is he now? My wife and I have been trying to get ahold of him for days and have got nothing! He made us quite a few false delivery dates and now we can't get ahold of him. This whole scam is outrageous! Whoever starts a class action can count me in!

you don't know what my cotract says..they gave me 1000.00 off the price for the system..also the people are not just getting the tv,you get the speakers, dvd player and x-box. i felt the deal was good.to me.but the deal is no good if i don't get anything and lose my money.and just because he regitared his company dosn't mean he is good. there are alot of other companies that are registared and rip people off. i just wanted to list on here that the company took my money and made a commitment to me but for 3 months now he hasn't delivered my product.and someone else also has listed on this site saying basiclly the same thing as i.how can you say this company is good. i have reported this to ny state police and the are talking with ga. GBI and we will see what happens. i intend to do everything in my power to get my money back.

Please Read More Carefully

#16Consumer Comment

Please read my post more carefully. 1.) I did not say it is ok for the company to take your money and not deliver a product. 2.) You asked if people thought that DigitalNow.tv was a fraudulent company. I was nice enough to do some research on your behalf and found that it was registered with the Secretary of State. Mr. Ulan Dariah is the regestered owner and is the owner of nine other businesses in Georgia. That fact does not, in and of itself, mean the company is not fraudulent but I can assure you that most Internet scammers do not register their businesses with their states. 3.) My point on the financing is that people are being ripped off every day by paying exorbitant interest rates to lease appliances at inflated prices. Companies like DigitalNowTV prey on financially-unsophisticated people with bad credit. If you have figured out for yourself that you are paying about $1,000 extra for the tv and still want to lease it, that's your decision. (Not a very wise decision, but it is yours to make.)

it none of your concern about fiancing

#17Consumer Suggestion

Sat, June 25, 2005

its not whether or not i fianaced the tv system its not getting the product after paying the downpayment of $350.00 and it has been 3 months..alot of broken promises of deliver dates etc..so your saying its ok for the company to not give me my product because i fianced part of the purchase?and also your saying that they wouldn't scam someone because they are registared with ga..you are not making any sense.

this about company ripping me off

#18Consumer Comment

Sat, June 25, 2005

this is about the company tking mt money and not filling their contract with me.the the idea if i fianaced or not.mybe you should be more concern about the company taking peole's money not the the fact that i was fianaceing.some people may not be rich like you.also they kept sting me on and giving me discounts but no trv system and i'am out my money.i don't care if they are reristered with the state of ga. they took my money and i recived nothing.update also reported this to the new york state police also atlanta police and now am waiting on them.

Does Not Make Sense to Finance

#19Consumer Comment

Fri, June 24, 2005

I have read posts in another forum by people who have bought tv's from DigitalNow.com and the business is registered with the Georgia Secretary of State, so it does not appear to be an outright scam. However, financing a plasma tv at the 19.75% interest that they charge is a ridiculous way to spend your money. Here's an example using the LG MU42PM12X plasma tv that they advertise: You pay $295 down plus 24 monthly payments of $135 for a total cost to you of $3,535. You can find the same tv selling for as low as $2,360 including shipping. So by financing through DigitalNow.tv, you pay a whopping $1,175 extra for something that you really can't afford to begin with.
