I truly don't know what may come of this, but I'm wondering if you can file a complaint with the Attorney General of your state, if not maybe the Attorney General of the state that this business is operating out of, don't know what may happen until you try, I know back a few years ago I had used all my opions against a car dealership here where I live, because he sold me a car that I had clearly ask him if the car had been in any accidents he told me no, when I contacted the previous dealership that had the car before he did they told me that it had been, and they sold it to him at a lower cost because it had been in a accident and they sent me the report, well I file a complaint with the Attorney General office and they investigated it with the proof that I had against the dealer, and I won, the dealer was odered to pay me so much money back, hope that this could help in this situation.

According to Niel from DigitalNow.tv customer service department in a telephone conversation there were about 50 customers that did not get delivery this year because DigitalNow.tv does not actually have the inventory in stock. I can understand their problem with suppliers, but DigitalNow.tv STOLE $300 from me. DigitalNow.tv sent me a bad check for a refund. I have that check and perhaps I should post it on the Internet. Bad checks are illegal and I have the original evidence and the contract. I will take more action than just bad press on the Internet. I have found two other customers so far and the list will grow. How dare DigitalNow mention customer service unless customer service means rip-off the customer. I will get RipOff Revenge!

We here at Digitalnow.tv pride ourselves in customer service. We cannot deny that we have had a small number of customers that had a less than perfect experience with our service. However, we assure you that we provide products that satisfy many customers whom also refer their family and friends. In todays world it's unfortunate that companies cannot please 100% of their customers a 100% of the time.
