Digitalnow.tv ripoff Wilmington Delaware
I have purchased a plasma TV from Digitalnow.tv from an e-mail advertisement. I applied as directed and received a call from them. They verified my information and I later received a package. After I completed the forms, I mailed it back. I never received any telephone calls or additional information regarding the TV.
I only became concerned when I noticed that they have charged my MasterCard and I wasn't notified. After numerous and time consuming attempts which sometimes took several days, I was told that the delivery date was moved back and that someone will contact me. It's always the same line with different dates. I don't think I will ever get the TV or my money back after reading all the negative reports I have been finding.
I have given them the benefit of the doubt, but I am not sure that I like been taken advantage of. I am very patient but the lack of communication has led me to believe that this company does not intent provide the goods they advertised.
I am now going to begin a campaign against this company to make people aware of their bad practices. I will begin with the media. I am currently serving with the U.S. Marines and just returned from Iraq. I have made several close contacts from CBS and ABC while deployed and I am sure that a 15 minutes on companies taking advantage of returning veterans will generate a lot of publicity and more people will become aware. I don't think that Digitalnow.tv is concerned as long as they can continue to take other's people money unless they are stopped. It would be great if all of us got the TVs that we paid for but I don't think that is going to happen anytime soon.

I read these post everyday and I make comment when I want to I would like to thank they guy at DIGitalNOw.tv who is trying to help us resolve this problem, it makes me feel better. I understand that the company is going through something right now and at least he is trying to fix this siuation. I really look forward to receiving my tv system I will give them two weeks because he told me maybe one week before I receive it but I know it will maybe take longer. I just appreciate someone talking to me and letting me know something. So thank you again Charles for help me and everyone else.
