I to am a victim of this company that suppose to have promise me a plasma tv that never was delivered. Its been over 3 months now and no tv. IT looks like we were all a victim of these scam artists. They took my down payment sent the paperwork and promised several different delivery dates and to no avail nothing. Guess we are all victims of this corrupt company. But being that they have my banking info can they pull more money out. guess i need to go and change banking info.
They keep telling me the same crap about delays etc.etc. I know we wont recieve nothing from them. They just took are money and vanished. Just wished there was something we can do about this company.

THE ONLY THING THAT I CAN TELL YOU IS TO FIRST, REPORT THEM TO THE BBB OF DELWARE YOU CAN DO THIS ONLINE AND ALSO REPORT THEM TO THE FTC ONLIN ALSO, I HAVE REPORTED THEM AND I RECEIVED A RESPONSE FROM THE FTC BUT NOT THE BBB THEY TAKE ABOUT A MONTH I HEAR TO RESPOND TO YOUR COMPLAINT. I AM TRYING TO START A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THESE CROOKS, I READ THESE POST A COUPLE OF TIMES A DAY TO SEE WHO ELSE HAS BEEN TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF, THERE ARE SO MANY PEOPLE IN THIS FORUM I CAN ONLY IMAGINE HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE NOT AWARE OF THIS TERRIFIC SITE, I HAVE SPOKEN WITH A LAWYER AND HE IS REVIEWING MY INFO I ALSO GAVE HIM THIS SITE TO LOOK AT THAT IS MY FIRST STEP, I THINK ABOUT THIS COMPANY ALL DAY EVERYDAY AND I WILL NOT LET THEM GET AWAY WITH THIS NASTY BUSINESS ETHIC THEY HAVE, THEY ARE SO SLICK BUT BELIEVE ME THEY WILL STOP THE NONSENSE, I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK EVEN IF IT TAKES ME YEARS I WILL NEVER LET THIS GO THEY GIVE ALL BUSINESS ON THE INTERNET A BAD NAME, NOW I SEE WHY PEOPLE ARE SO AFRAID TO ORDER OF THE NET, I WILL NEVER EVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING OFF THE NET AGAIN I HAVE TOLD EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS AND ALL OF YOU SHOULD TELL YOUR STORY TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN. EVENTUALLY THIS WILL END I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE A NATIONWIDE LAWSUIT AGAINST DIGITALNOW.TV, MARK MY WORDS THIS WILL HAPPEN. GOOD LUCK TO ALL VICTIMS
