I pre-ordered the highly anticipated xbox 360 in October hoping to get it the week of the release date, November 22, 2005. Most sites and stores that took pre-orders were sold out due to its' demand.

In November, I was told through email that the systems would be shipped out on December 1st instead due to a delay in shipment. I wasn't surprised at all because it was exactly the same thing that happened to the PS2, demand exceeded supply.

Next thing I know, 4 days later, I get another email with some quite disturbing news. Apparently the supplier was a scam and did not have the items on hand after he wired half the amount to them. The business ended up losing $39,000.00 and this had put a delay on the shipment.

Dillon stated that they contacted two other suppliers within 3 hours of them and would receive stock within this timeframe: November 29th to December 15th.

I thought to myself, "Okay, how long more do I have to wait for this d**n 360." At first I figured it wouldn't be worth the wait, so I requested for a refund. He initially denied giving me a refund because I had already paid....and said it would be send no later than Dec. 15th and I should receive it by Christmas.

Since all stores and websites selling the 360 were sold out, I decided to wait.

To my surprise I get an email on the Dec. 4th stating this:We just can not find a legit supplier that will have them in time for Christmas so we are not getting an order in till next year from our supplier that we get our games and accessories from. Please let us know if you would like a refund or to keep your order.

This of course had me angry after he emailed me so many times with a bunch of bull****. First I'm told I'll get it this date, then its' pushed to an even later date, and now I don't even get it at all.

Finally I request for a refund from Dillon. After numerous emails, and over a month that has bypassed, I have not received even a dime from Dillon, nor my refund.

I am not the only victim of this mishap. There are many another customers enraged, and like me, practically begging for their refund but have not received an honest answer.

They way in which Dillon is handling this business in an unfair one if you ask me. Some people who had preordered after those who did first have already gotten their refunds. He actually even admitted to randmonly choosing who gets their refunds first.

Did I fail to mention that the person running this business is a 17-year-old. If I had known this from the beginning, I would have probably thought twice about buying.

Nonetheless, something has to be done. It is indeed unfortunate that this happened to him, but customers like us should not have to pay for a mistake he made. I paid $418 for this xbox, and I desperately need this money back.

Emailing him or calling him dosen't work at all, and my patience has run low. This is what he said when asked about the refunds:"I get out about 30 refunds a day... so probably the end of the week being the latest or until I run out of money... "

I think he already has, which makes it so unfortunate for people like us who are waiting around for it to be sent, or even if our money will even be sent at all.

Many customers are threating him to send their refunds asap or else they will take legal action. Who knows if its' already been done? So many still, like myself have questions that remained unanswered.and for you to

Despite his age, I personally feel that it is ridiculous to absolve him from his guilt . He should be held accountable for his bad business practice.

It is already 2006 and I don't know how much longer I can sit around and wait for a legitimate answer. I hope something can be done about the situation. It would not only help me, but it will help many others in the same boat.

All I want is my refund, that is all.

in the process of refunding my money back

I recently have received word from Dillon Millsap, and we are trying to sort out this situation. He is in the process of refunding my money back, and is keeping me posted daily regarding the status of my refund. I would like to say that when I filed this report, I was angered and frustrated at the fact that my questions were going unanswered. I believe this time around things will actually work out. I can't take back what I wrote, but just know that it was a difficult period for boths parties involved and I'm happy to know that Dillon is cooperating with me with he could have just ignored me and not refund my money at all. So thanks Dillon. I hope to get my refund soon....Best of luck to your business.
