I was one of the customers of the immigration agency mentioned above.

My goal to achieve was to get job offer in Canada, which could help me later on to obtain permanent residency in that country.

Since, the waiting time was almost three years, I found it suspicious and, I started doing my own investigation to find out what really was the problem.

According to my research, the immigration process in the countries like Canada, Australia and New Zealand qualifies applicants by points based system.

There are some points for age, education, work experience and English skills (very tough exam must be taken at assigned university, both oral and written with fingerprints check).

During the qualification process the points are summarized, and candidates who reached the minimum amount of points required are approved. The candidates who didn’t get enough points - in theory – could improve their job qualifications or English skills and start all over again.

To make it worst, the immigration law changes every few months and usually it is getting stricter, so basically, it could take forever to complete the paperwork and to meet all the criteria. If Canada is the country of destination, all the school documents have to be translated into English, and mailed directly from the school in sealed envelope to the University of Toronto for further verification. It is very time consuming process especially for people who graduated outside of US.

Jumping to the conclusion, this process seems to be endless, because completing the required documents takes months, if not years.  And also if in the meantime the immigration law changes again, the applicant needs to start the process again and complete other documents required after the new law. Some documents are valid only for a few months, so they need to be obtained over and over again.

In addition, these countries do not want immigrants older than 30 years of age, so every year when the applicant gets older obviously she/he loses some points.

I am not surprised, that this whole process brings a lot of frustration to the clients of the agencies offering immigration services.

Personally, after sometime, I also became impatient and I perfectly understand the position of the people who feel that they just wasted their time.

However, there is a difference between being upset, because the process takes forever, and

making up stories, about the owner with a gambling problem wasting clients’ monies in casino.

Making up stories like that, can ruin somebody’s business and personal reputation, and for sure

they will not speed up the immigration process.

Since in the past, before I found out what was the real problem with my application, I approached many times this agency regarding the status of my case, and of course, I let them know that I was not happy for that delay. Now I became one of main suspects of making up defamatory stories and publishing them on different web sites.

The agency has returned to me whole my paperwork, and whoever feels stuck in the immigration process can do the same, instead making up stories about the owner stealing clients’ monies. Ruining someone’s businesses reputation as a revenge, without any actual guild of the owner’s side is really below the acceptable level, and also it could result in criminal prosecution. It will not help anybody, and it will not speed up nobody’s application.

So, I am politely asking to remove or, at least modify, the complaint filed with Rip-off Report web site.

These are unfair lies wrote by someone whose intention is my total ruination, both mental and professional. What has been written here and on many other websites by the same person on the same day, concerning not only Dimpex Immigration Services but also concerning Real Estate is not a complaint about a specific problem but just Black Advertisement. Someone who is unfulfilled in life or in his profession, is really trying hard to destry my reputation.

I carried out Immigration Services from 11/1994 ( I am also a Canadian Citizen). to 10/2013. I now cooperate with one of the Law Offices in Canada. For a period of 19 years (not 25 as it was wrote in the publication), I helped about 1300 people to emigrate to Canada. In my experience, I had never had an application rejected because of the lack of my competence.

The fees for carrying the case  and the job approved by a Labor Department in Canada were low, 50% in relation to the fees charged by the Offices in Canada. A client who requested to carry out his case was not obligated to deal wit a job offer through my office, about which always was informed prior to start of the case, as well as about the price. It is very difficult to find an employer and to convince him that after a new employee starts working the employer will not have problem.

In most cases, this involvs making at least 200 phone calls to companies, emplyment agencies or other places across Canada. It was also ncessary to go different provinces. Someone who devoted his time had to be paid for it. Additionaly we had to place a lot of advertisements for the period of 6-7 months and prepare an application including with the required financial company documents. So, the price that was charged was adequate in relation to the time and work devoted to finalize the offer.

I declare with all responsibility that in case of rejection by the Labor Department the job offer approval the fee for finding another company has never been charged again. Unless the applicant wanted to change the system of the Immigration Program, wre a lawer level of English fluency was required, or did not pass an English test withinn the period of the job offer validity or meantime Criminal Record obtained which was the result of shoplifting, mistreatment of Family or DUI.

Moreover, we never charged the total cost before the job offer approval. The client always paid half of the costs relating both to our fee and the job offer. What has been written in this report is  a lie.

In July 2011, I signed a contract with Esteem Immigration Services in Canada, the objective of which was ensure cooperation for achieving by Esteem a profit from a large number of my clients in exchange for assistance in obtaining employers in Canada to maximally speed up the process of getting permanet residence for immigrants. It was big mistake, because not only not received help, I also felt actions being taken against me in the form of kepping clients applications sent to the for a period 6-7 months.

One of the applicants lost the opportunity for the immigration due to the major chanbes in the Immigration Laws as of 05/04/13. After this oncident, I realized that this was deliverate action to make close of my company, and thus to take over all my clients from the area of Illinois. Therefore I termineted the contract. Of corse, I did not close my office. I also did not change  the name of my office deliberately. I started performing other activities and, therefore the name of my office had to be changed.

The person who was recently attacked me had to prepare the action for a long time because the Images websites shoes a photo of my office with the name of Immigration Services. I am a person who has extensive knowledge of the immigration law, honest hard-working, devoting myself to others, respectful of the clients and I always answer the phones or emails. Someone who used such a terrible words  as a thief and gambler, thus commiting a great psychological crime I do not deserve. When it comes to the Casino that was opened in my area about 4 years ago, I was there literally 3-4 times with mt friends or my family ( I quess like everone else who lives nerby), otherwise, my photo would have been published on a website as many others had been.

I declare taht everything I wrote above is perfecly true. Additionally, I will not hide my feelings, which I can compare to ruptured, deflated balloon. What is left of me is just the physical posture while my beautiful inner life is completely lost. Despite of this, I have glimmers of hope that I will find a way to a better life because I know my value and I know who I am.
