they have charged ne for every trans action from direct express and atm machine/s.... they have ask me to much of info my ss # other personal bizz do not trust them or do business with them... u dont know wat they may do with your ss # the best way to go city bank capital one or chase dont deal with direct express plus they make you wait 30 days for dispute!!! shame on you! taken a fee from poor people that get ssi dont say i dint worn you
