I have tried to resolve a number of transaction issues from various merchants over product not doing what it stated in thier ad and I wanted a refund, or getting sick and vomiting after eating stale food at a restaurant.  Direct Express customer service is a big joke.  I almost went to small claims court to sue them for the hassles I have had with them.  I use their card a lot less than I used to now. I happened to notice there is a lot of complaints on Ripoff Reports about Direct Express card.  We should band together and file a lawsuit.

 Or just admit that YOU abuse return policies and this card company is tired of eating YOUR refunds. Don't you understand, NO ONE is under a obligation to give YOU a refund if they CHOOSE not to!! Refunds are done in the spirit of customer satisfaction. There is no DIRECT LAW that states that YOU have a right to a refund. I would suggest that YOU lower your standards a bit and understand that at some point YOU will be told NO!!! See YOU are the worst type of refund. YOU expect and demand that YOU be given back the FULL amount YOU paid but YOU also use these items and eat that food. Meaning that YOU are a drain on society!! Every business INCLUDING a credit card has the right to refuse service to ANYONE and that includes YOU!
