Direct Express "Sandra Strong" Direct Express Strikes OUT again Internet
First off, everyone that is claiming fraud should contact Alvina McHale U.S. Department of the Treasury Financial Management Service (202) 874-6604 immediately. We MUST all file a class action suit against this company.

I called Direct Express the minute my money was extracted out of my card $800.00, I filed a complaint immediately. I was in a foreign country renting a car, they charged my card without my approval $800 for a flat tire. My fee to rent the card was paid on another card. I sent them all the paperwork and documents. They refused to return my money. I explained in detail what had happened. I rented the car, paid for the car, returned to rent the car for another week, instead they charged my card $800 and told me it was for the flat tire.
If I had my checks sent to a bank such as Citibank, they would immediately put the money into the account the day it was reported and further FIGHT for you.
There is no SIGNED receipt for this charge of $800. This is a foreign country and I was told they scam the tourist after I went to the local police.
Direct Express is NOT a FDIC bank, report your complaints to the person above.
Direct Express is making millions off Social Security.
