Almost all my plants I received from direct gardening died and I had to send for replacements in the spring. Well, they didn't die, they never grew.

They did replace them because luckily I kept the package they came in. The replacements never grew. They have remained sticks in the ground.

Even those I gave to a neighbor never leafed out. I have a drip system so they got plenty of water and i soaked the bare roots for several hours before planting. They leafed. 

I contacted Directgardening.com and they said to send the packaging back to them but i didn't have it.It was thrown away. They had all the plants I bought right there in front of them but they would not accept that.

I think, they take advantage  of the customers because a lot of people may discard the packaging for many reasons and then they don't have to replace the plants.  If they have a record that should be enough proof that you bought the plants.
