Alex Averhoff (linkedin.com/in/alexander-averhoff-319346133/) , Mike Janus and John Torres have been cheating several companies and employee by not paying and defaulting millions of Dollars , they employee and utilize service and have not paid 100’s of vendor an employees . They have several companies registered and fake Direct IT staffing , Pensive Consulting, Direct IT INC , ADL technology Services , Toriatech, Cuatrotech, ADL tech . They run operations from Hyderabad and have ripped of several companies in India and USA Several cases are running in district and state court against them and can be easily found online . Do not deal with them at all as they are complete scam and fraud and have duped several employees, contractors as well as offshore RPO companies by not paying salary, invoices. Please refrain from dealing with them at all
