In order to get a supervisor if the customer service representative can't assist...state that you have been waiting for a call back from a supervisor from the previous shift, or at least over an hour. Then they come to the phone and might give you more credit that only they are authorized to give. In the a.m say you are waiting since the previous pm, in the pm say you are waiting since the a.m.
