Direct Tv Ripoff again by Direct Tv Greenwood Village Colorado
I already had account with direct tv and when i called and asked for the dish to be installed on house from the tripod,,,
They charged me for new account. no payment options were offered. I had been with direct tv for over 10 years!
Recently i disconnected from thier service and was informed i owed 284.00! charges for early disconnect! there shouldn't have even been new customer contract or charges.
When i called the coporate office they told me they over charged me and they could only give me a 120.00 refund to my checking account that they had drained the 284.00 charge from,, I had no choice but to agree, so i thought.
Well, that was on the 4th of September ,08. No funds have been returned to my bank, but to an non-existant direct tv account. I do not have their service nor do i want it.
Mean- while my money sits there, Today they say they will put in for the proper channels for me to get a refund, it may take 8 days or longer, fed up with Direct Tv.. someone should do something with this company that has such a monopoly on satellite television.
